Erik Benvie Project One Ideas

    My idea for project one is to show the future of healthcare as rising technological advances may overtake our jobs in that field.  For example, a robot or machine could be doing procedures and surgery on people in place of humans, while those humans who are doctors play the sideline to these machines.  The machines could do what is objectively the best solution, but not the ethical one, so it could keep people from dying of old age by being hooked up to machines.  This could apply to checkups as well, which become automated, which leads to the problem of how unknown diseases cannot be treated, as it is unknown to the automated system, and more and more people eventually succumb to sickness and disease, leading to ghost towns empty of people, and health centers full of them.
