This website is quite disturbing. My initial reaction was that the artist is targeting how desensitized we are as a human race. We are so frequently exposed to horrors and incidents through the news and social media. Being able to access such “pain” and terror at the tip of our fingers has had such a negative impact on our society. This product creates a way for people to not feel guilt if they do not have a common reaction or feeling when viewing a sad or horrific occurrence. The product helps people feel the emotions and pain they “should” be feeling to lower their guilt complex.
